Upper Valley Cold Plunging

The purpose of this group is to introduce people of Upper Valley people of NH and VT to cold plunging and the Wim Hof Breathing techniques. The benefits of these simple free and scientifically tested techniques to be incredibly beneficial to body and mind and would love to share them with you! We hope to create a sense of community among those who already are plungers as well as introduce new people to the benefits.
